The SS-LM60C system is a a casement window designed to European standard with high thermal-break performance, including a bran-new mortise joint solution of aluminium-wood cladding structure.

Key features include:

1) The system has extremely high performance in wind pressure resistance, air tightness, water tightness, noise insulation and etc.

2) The all-purpose design of the same system can be manufactured as top hung window or outward casement window.

3)The interior of the profile is a patent wood-emulation, which is under license from LESCO company in Singapore. The wood cladding has the natural wood texture and various decorative effect, that will give the residents nearly same touch with real solid wood. And most importantly the new mortise joint solution between the aluminum profile and the wood cladding is really a revolutionary improvement. The compact configuration mortise joint entirely solves the unfasten result provided by the conventional mortise joint, offering better surface evenness and tensile intensity on the exterior aluminum profile and the interior wood cladding.

4) The aluminium-wood cladding system has the same heat-insulating satisfactory performance with thermal-break aluminium structure. The window finished achieves an optimal U value down to 2.6 w/m2.k.

5) The window frame and window sash form none stack lines from panorama view, making the window more contemporary and more architectural appealing.

6) The width of window frame is 60mm, and the window sash is 65mm.

7) The fitting will be standard C groove hardware.Multi-points lock system is optional from KINLONG brand from Hong Kong or SIEGENIA and ROTO brand from Germany, and the hinge will be 304# stainless steel friction hinge.

8) The surface treatment of exterior profile can be optional from anodized, powder coating, powder coating with faux wood grain and etc.

9) The base thickness of the profile is 1.4mm.

10) Best quality and most suitable section EPDM rubber seals system are applied in this system.

11) This system can be configured with radio frequency control integral blind and magnetic control integral blind systems.

12) A variety of glazing solutions are available for this system, these glazing options are: clear insulating glass, reflective insulating glass, LOW-E insulating glass, laminated glass and etc.
